The Roy wants you and your furry roommates to enjoy every aspect of your new home. That’s why we offer one of the most accommodating pet policies in the community: 
  • Housebroken dogs, cats, and service animals permitted
  • 2 pet maximum
  • $200 deposit and $100 non-refundable fee for the first pet along with $50 per month
  • $300 deposit and $200 non-refundable fee for two pets along with $75 per month
  • 50 lb weight limit on dogs

When you need to shop for pet food, treats, litter, supplies or accessories you have two great options nearby: PetSmart and Pet Supplies Plus Royal Oak. Both pet stores are a short drive down Rt. 1 from our property.  

If it’s time for a check-up or your furry friend needs immediate care, Royal Oak Veterinary Hospital and Hartrick Veterinary Clinic are both less than a 10-minute drive from your doorstep.
